Management and Supervisory Board
The Management Board represents the Company and it manages its business operations.
Management Board Members include:
Snezana Stankovic – President of the Management Board
Tatjana Bojkovska, CFA, CAIA – Member of the Management Board
The Supervisory Board is responsible for the supervision of the Management Board’s activities, approve them and monitor the implementation of the proposed and undertaken measures for overcoming the irregularities and disagreements in the Company.
Members of the Supervisory Board are:
David Benedek – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Pavel Gojkovic - Member of the Supervisory Board
Alenka Plut – Member of the Supervisory Board (appointed pursuant to a Decision of the Agency for Supervision of Fully Funded Pension Insurance; currently undergoing registration with the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia)
Silvana Mojsovska – Independent Member of the Supervisory Board
