Reduction of the paid contributions fee and monthly net assets fee by Sava Pension Plus Open Voluntary Pension Fund

As part of our ongoing efforts to fulfill our mission of ensuring the financial security and sustainable future of our members, employees, partners and owners, Sava Pension Company a.d. Skopje notifies you of the reduction of its fee on paid contributions and its monthly fee on the total net pension fund assets that it charges the Open Voluntary Pension Fund Sava Pension Plus.

As from 1 May 2021, the amount of the paid contributions fee for the members with individual accounts at Open Voluntary Pension Fund Sava Pension Plus will be 2.5%^* instead of the current 2.9%^**, while the amount of the monthly fee charged from the value of Sava Pension Plus total net assets will be 0.075%^* instead of the current 0.10%^**.

For members with professional pension accounts, the maximum paid contributions fee will be 2.5^*  instead of the current 3.8%^**, while the amount of the monthly fee charged from the value of Sava Pension Plus total net assets will be 0.075%^* instead of the current 0.10 %^**.

Transfer fee^** to move from one voluntary pension fund to another

Number of membership days ≤360	10 Euros in Denar equivalent
Number of membership days > 360	No transfer fee is charged

For the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021, the amount of transaction commissions/net assets of the Fund is 0.003%. (the total amount of transaction fees is MKD 40,390.56).

There is no reduction of permanent membership fees.

The yield on your voluntary individual account and/or professional account is variable and depends on the yield of your Voluntary Pension Fund and the fees charged by your Voluntary Pension Fund Company.

The amount of the fee on paid contributions and the amount of the monthly fee on the value of the total net assets is a variable category. The fee determined by the Company is currently applicable, and it is within the level of fees prescribed by the Law on Voluntary Fully Funded Pension Insurance.
